Sandwich plate

One sandwich plate mounts between your oil filter and the engine block, there are several kinds of sandwich but as a general rule it serves to divert your engine oil to external organs such as your oil radiator or your oil accumulator.

There are two models sandwich for radiators of oil, there is the traditional model that lets pass the oil continuously and the thermostatic model that only lets pass the oil at a certain temperature. The advantage of the thermostatic model is that your oil will be faster in optimal operating temperature.

There are also plates sandwich door probe, they allow to come connect different probes like oil pressure sensor or oil temperature for example. You can also use it to make your oil power for your turbo.
